Product Description
This is the colossus of knee mills! This machine is so rugged and heavy-duty that you'll have to see it to believe it. Start with a table that measures 12" X 54" X 4", that's hardened and precision ground and moves with a 3 axis power feed system. That's right, the knee has it's own own rapid traverse only powerfeed. And of course, the quill has its own feed rates of .0015", .003" and .006" with auto stop and return. Spindle speeds are easy to control with just a twist of the dial and it's variable from 90-3800 RPM. The hard chrome quill also means a lifetime of accurate, trouble free service. Other features include: variable bet and pulley power transfer; 5" spindle travel; 12" x 54" table dimensions; 36-1/2" maximum distance from spindle to column; 16" maximum distance from spindle to table; 15-7/8" knee travel; 3 T-slots on 2-1/2" centers, 1/2" stud; shielded bearings which are lubricated for life; shop pump lubrication system; auto down feed; auto stop with micro-adjustable setting; NT#40 spindle; quill feed rates of .0015", .003" and .006"; longitudinal power feed; cross slide power feed; knee power feed; Digital Read-Out for X and Y axis; 5/8" - 11 drawbar; approximate shipping weight of 3400 lbs.

this machine is a dream come true to all of us who have to make precise hole patterns, fully programable, no more guessing where the hole is gonna end!
