| Customer Reviews: Great Edger.....so far? March 29, 2010 J. Syverson (Dallas, Texas) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this edger 2 years ago and it has worked great so far. Never a problem. I like the fact that it has a great engine in the B&S. I have a Sears Craftsman mower with the same engine and it is going on 18 years without a single problem. Almost always a first puller start!
Poor design August 2, 2008 D. Sutton (Utah) 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
I have had this edger for about 4 years. Everything was great until the lever that adjusts the edging angle broke. The plastic blade guard also broke so I ordered the parts I needed online. After repairing the machine, the lever broke again in the exact same spot. I took it to a repair shop and they said they make that repair on these machines all the time and there is no guarantee on the work to repair this issue. I asked why and they told me it was due to a poor design. There is a lot of pressure put on that little lever. The engine runs great.
I have not fixed this again, I was thinking of purchasing a new edger, but i haven't found one that I like yet.

The Edger works fine but was missing parts when I received it. I had to go to a hardware store to complete the assembly.
