We use this in our scrapyard to chop stuff up. It truly is amazing. For the kind of junk we use it on only large stationary shears cut metal faster.

Great saw. Used it several times on different projects and it has yet to disappoint. Only con I have is the same as other reviews I would like to have a little larger case to carry extra blades.
Unlike the 11 and 12 amps this will never leave you wanting more power. July 14, 2010

My buddies 12 amp leaves me wanting more power when cutting through hmmmm anything. unless its only sheetrock. This thing goes twice as fast as the 11amp.

This saw has tons of power. It is rugged, versatile and puts the HD in heavy duty. I particularly like the pressure sensitive trigger. The harder you pull the trigger, the faster the saw cuts, giving the operater ultimate control while cutting. Milwaukee makes outstanding tools, and this one is a fine specimen of the breed.
