Similar to the Electra™ Series, but with a few additional features. Chuck assembly is grounded to route any existing charge to ground. Handle material and buttons are constructed of carbonized plastic throughout, enabling any charge received by the handle to be routed to ground. ESD-resistant handle material will maintain its integrity for the life of the handle, unlike coatings or paints. Small, lightweight, compact housing ensures operator comfort during operation. Precise fastening with automatic shut-off clutch. External brush replacement ensures virtually no down time. Torque level can be easily adjusted by simply turning the external adjustment ring. Available in both push-to-start and lever start styles. Push-to-start Model AE5681ESD plugs directly into a 120VAC outlet and requires no external power supply. Low voltage, lever start Model AE4510ESD has lower RPM and comes standard with an external power supply (there's no need to purchase it separately). Both units come with easy-to-replace external brushes, include a 1/4" hex bit-shank, and are UL listed and CE certified to meet electrical safety standards in both the U.S. and Europe.
